I love this place. I wish I lived closer so I could frequent here more often. The food is really good. The Polish platter is an unbelievable deal! I always get very pleasant service!

I was so happy to find this place on YELP--my first visit here. I came looking for 2 things--Zywiec beer and a Hanuta. One out of 2 ain't bad. (They did have Zywiec but a very different one from what I am accustomed to. However, do not think that I left without a Polish beer--oh no).
Small place but so many offerings. I left with way more than I came in for, (rye bread, meat cakes (so not the official Polish name), smoked Polish Swiss cheese, grass fed butter).
Meat and cheese selection is top notch and so relieved to find a place so near to my frequent work travels. I look forward to returning again and again. -

Nice polish deli with assortment of deli foods and shelf foods. Staff very nice and patient. Many customers speak polish but the staff is also friendly to English speakers. Would recommend to stop in and get a kielbasa or polish dish for the train ride since it is right by the station. Yum

Delicious home-style cooking, sausages & meats, fresh baked pastries, imported Polish & German groceries - this is where you go for comfort food!
Every time we go in, the owner Maria greets us with a smile! She's a lovely person and all of her home cooking was taught to her by her grandmother. Such talent! We try something new every time we go in but we always get the brown bread, pierogi, sausage & sauerkraut, cheese babka, rye bread, strudel... and never leave without Maria's stuffed cabbage! It's so good you'll swear you're in her mama's kitchen!
Some things you can't find anywhere else, all the imported candies and chocolates (wait until Christmas time! They stock a bumper crop of every Polish & German chocolate and cake you can think of!).
They serve hot, ready-to-eat food.... our favorite is the Polish Platter.... you get 2 stuffed cabbage, a few potato pierogi & sausage with sauerkraut, served warm, for under $8.00! Every bite melts in your mouth!
Be sure to take home fresh made containers of all your favorites and look behind the counter to ask what baked goods they have available. The apricot and prune pastries are amazing, but they don't always have them.
It's not a dine-in restaurant, it's a tiny market with a deli counter where you can order ready-made food to go, fresh made sausages of all kinds, and home cooking to take home & warm up yourself. There is also a small frozen & refrigerated section.
They have 1 small table with 2 chairs right outside. We bring our take-out down to the water at nearby Birdseye boat launch and eat in the car while watching the swans, cormorants & ducks glide by with the boats.
Worth the drive from anywhere but check the hours first to avoid disappointment. -

I've been going to Baltyk for years for kielbasa - several outstanding varieties. Today we decided to get lunch to go from here and it was superb. I don't know why I waited so long but will definitely be back soon. The polish platter with kielbasa, kraut, pierogi & galumpki can't be beat. My wife had a pork roast sandwich was also excellent.
